Payments
Checkout Says PayPal, Do I Have To Pay With Them?
No, you do not have to pay with PayPal. We accept payments via PayPal for everyone with an already established PayPal account, but it is not required. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Note that PayPal is our credit card processor, but there are no additional charges to you for using a credit card.
My Card Wouldn't Go Through: Why?
That is a great question. We validate and process all credit cards immediately to prevent fradulent orders (the world isn't as honest as we all wish it was). If for some reason your card will not go through there are a few things you can check to fix it:
- Is your billing information correct? Pay close attention to your zip code.
- Did you double check your credit card number?
- Is your expiration date correct?
- Do you have money in your account?
If you have double checked all of your information, the last thing we can recommend you do is contact your financial institution. There is nothing more that can be done from our side. Hopefully they have some answers for you.
Shipping
When Will I Get My Order?
Our orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, and take 3-5 business days to arrive. Note that Friday and Saturday are not business days so if your order is placed on Friday, you should expect to have your headphones no later than the following Friday.
How Will My Order Be Shipped?
We have partnered with the United States Postal Service and Stamps.com to provide you with the quickest and most reliable order processing possible.
Do You Provide Tracking Numbers?
Within a few hours of your order being shipped you will recieve a tracking number from our customer support department. This tracking number can be checked at
usps.com all the way to your home or office.
My Tracking Information Is Blank, Why?
USPS takes about 48 hours to update their tracking informaiton. Check your tracking again after this time for updated information. Please note that after your order is picked up, there is nothing more we can do to speed along this process unless it is returned to us due to delivery failure (if this happens we will inform you with a phone call for further instructions).
